How it works
If youâre unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply contact our team within 30 days of receiving your order to arrange a return.
Once approved, youâll need to send the products back to us. After we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund.
Please note, returns based on scent preference are only accepted for products that are unused and in their original condition. Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used if the reason is simply a change of mind regarding fragrance.

Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery

- Items must be packaged safely to avoid damage in transit. Damage in transit upon its return to us will void your refund.
