Australia Post: A surcharge of $3.00 will be applied to all orders sent via Australia Post, including those that qualify for free shipping.

Couriers Please / Aramex: There is no surcharge for orders shipped via these carriers.
Express Shipping
Need your order faster? We also offer Express Post options at checkout for an additional fee.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, however we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellations
- You can request to cancel your order provided we have not processed and/or sent your order

Re-Stocking Fee
- All cancelled orders are subject to a re-stocking fee of 5% of the order total or $5, whichever is greater.
Final Sale
- Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed and shipped.
