Smells amazing don’t know if it helps with sleeping by it makes the room smell beautiful so that’s enough for me.

I love having a choice of delicious smells to choose from, most cleaning sprays smell gross not this one. Bonus that it also works really well. I’m particularly impressed with its ability to clean walls - especially the walls in our house that don’t have wash and wear paint.
