We aim to have your order processed between 1-5 business days from the date you place your order.
In some situations, where this time is extended for certain high demand products, we will note this on the product page.

We are located in Brisbane, Australia.
Do you post internationally?
No, sorry at this stage, we only post within Australia.
Can I cancel my order?
We are happy to cancel any order, as long as your order has not already been processed and packed by us.
Please note: All payment processing/transaction fees will not be refunded, as these are not charged by us, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
