FREE SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON ORDERS $150+ NO CODE REQUIRED
All orders have a 3-5 business day processing timeframe. If for any reason we are unable to send your item during this time, we will contact you.
EXPRESS POST
Express Post orders will be prioritised before standard shipping orders.
Whilst all effort is made to get your order made, processed, packed, and sent next business day, this is not guaranteed, especially in busy periods. Please refer to our 3-5 day timeframe for processing.
Whilst we will do everything possible to get your order sent out straight away, some items may need to be made on the day. If the item is not ready to be sent on the day you have ordered, your order will be sent as soon as the item/s have been made.
Express Post items will be packed and sent with priority over standard post orders.
CANCELLATIONS
We are happy to cancel any order, as long as your order has not already been processed and packed by us.
Please note: All payment processing/transaction fees will not be refunded, as these are not charged by us, and will be deducted from your refund amount.
