REFUND POLICY
We will happily replace a faulty product. Please contact us if a product you have received is faulty.
We do not exchange or refund for change of mind.
Due to the nature of our products, we do not refund if you do not like the fragrance chosen. We have a fragrance guide on our website which contains a description of each fragrance. We will not refund if you have a reaction to our products. All of our products have been tested prior to sale. If you have sensitive skin, or are unsure about ingredients or fragrance, please contact us prior to purchasing.
Any refunds granted will be at the discretion of Da Bomb and assessed on a case by case basis. Any fees, charges and shipping costs incurred by us, for you placing and retuning an order, will not be refunded. Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
